Edinburgh, the Fringe, why bother?
For Us? We’ve been doing it since 2008 it’s the greatest month of our year. We get to perform to lovely people and see other lovely people perform. We’ve even reached the point where we make a bit of income from it. Why should you bother? I dunno, we’re really good at singing funny songs and stuff.
What have been the nuggets of inspiration behind your show this year?
Won’t Ever Not Stop Giving Up is a new show from the Axis of Awesome. We perform a generous mix of original songs and pop parodies. There’s a song about an octopus and there’s even a song about whistling.
Stand-out Fringe moment to date?
When I drank two litres of milk very quickly at Late N Live and then vomited from all the milk.
When you wished a hole had opened up in the ground and swallowed you up?
When I was covered in milk vomit at Late N Live.
