The joke that you loved but no one else did?
I’ve been introducing a mother and child into a story by saying “I was at next to a young mum, and ever even younger son”. I thought the stupidity of this detail was hilarious, audiences haven’t.
The joke that worked but you are not so proud that it had?
Me: Where are you from?
Me: Oh hi-yo to you to! Now where are you from?
I’m so very sorry.
The last thing that made you cry with laughter?
When I discovered that the comic Keir McAllister, despite being Scottish – insists on pronouncing Chorizo as “therithso”. Cue ten comics in a whatsapp group sending audio of them screaming “THURITHSSSOO”
The comedian(s) that made you want to be a comedian?
